Skills: * Advanced knowledge of credit reporting, credit scoring methodologies, and financial improvement strategies. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting credit reports and understanding the impact of credit on mortgage qualification and interest rates * Knowledge of the mortgage origination process and customer financing lifecycle. * Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and coach employees toward performance goals. * Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail. * Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. * Experience with loan origination systems, Encompass a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization. * Advanced reporting skills that can be delivered company wide. Physical Requirements: * May be sedentary for extended periods, up to 4 hours * Visual acuity for detailed computer work * Using fine motor skills for tasks requiring precision such as typing * Hybrid work environment * After hours/weekend, as needed ## Description Position Summary: The Mortgage Solutions Manager leads a team dedicated to helping prospective homebuyers improve their financial and credit profiles to better position them for mortgage financing. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day team operations, coaching and development, workflow management, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the credit optimization process.
