## About the Role

Do you have experience in Personal electronics repair?, ON-SITE HARDWARE BREAK-FIX (Must have Experience)- This is hands on, replacing parts, driving to locations., We are looking for a skilled IT technician looking for flexible, part-time to full-time Service Calls We're seeking a reliable Onsite Break/Fix Technician to handle approximately service calls per week for PC and laptop repairs at client locations., * Experience with break/fix part replacement for desktops and laptops

 * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
 * Your own tools and reliable transportation
 * Ability to manage time independently and meet SLAs
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

 * Prior field service experience
 * Familiarity with closing calls on-site utilizing cell phone-based ticketing systems
 * Certifications (A+, Network+, etc.) a plus but not required

## Description

* Repair warrantied hardware issues on PCs and laptops
 * Replace faulty components (RAM, HDD, SSD, motherboards, etc.)
 * Perform troubleshooting along with tech support when needed
 * Provide professional, on-site customer service
 * Close next business day service calls daily within territory, return any unused parts to Fed-Ex
