The cost model will provide business plan input budgets for Annual Direct Labor Cost, Annual Indirect Labor Cost, Investment Lists, Launch Costs, Manufacturing Engineering, Etc. The elements of understanding needed for this role are plant organization charts, product assembly times including line balancing, assembly cell layouts, plant infrastructure, plant layouts, plant operational knowledge.
