Do you have experience in macOS?, Engel & Völkers Western Frontier is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Advisor Support Specialist to join our Missoula shop. As part of a globally recognized luxury real estate brand, we pride ourselves on professionalism, collaboration, and delivering an exceptional client experience., * Positive, dependable, and team-oriented

 * Strong organizational and multitasking skills
 * Detail-oriented with good communication skills
 * Comfortable learning new systems and processes

## Description

* Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming first impression
 * Answer and direct incoming phone calls
 * Provide administrative and organizational support to Advisors and Brokers
 * Assist with daily office operations and maintain a polished, client-ready environment
