## About the Role

Do you have experience in Photography?, * Previous experience in a similar role is essential

 * Relevant degree in Marketing, Media, Digital Content, Film, or similar
 * Proficient in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere Pro
 * Strong photography and videography skills
 * Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns
 * Ability to create engaging ad creatives for online advertising
 * Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
 * Experience with content creation and content scheduling
 * Strong organisational and communication skills
 * Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Desirable

 * Experience with motion graphics or animation
 * Understanding of Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn content styles
 * Experience working within an agency environment

## Description

Hashtag Media Group is looking for a creative and driven Video Editor / Marketing Executive to join our growing creative team. We work closely with brands creating high-quality content and marketing campaigns that deliver results.

This role is ideal for someone with strong editing skills, a passion for content creation, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and social media.

Responsibilities

 * Editing high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
 * Assisting with the management of client social media accounts
 * Creating engaging short-form and long-form content
 * Planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms
 * Designing creative ad content for online advertising campaigns
 * Working closely with the wider creative and marketing team
 * Assisting with campaign planning and creative concepts
 * Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
 * Supporting content capture and on-site shoots when required
