* Strong experience in Java (8/11/17)
 * Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices
 * Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SOAP (if legacy systems involved)
 * Good knowledge of SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2)
 * Familiarity with Kafka / messaging systems (nice to have in banking)
 * Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
 * Understanding of design patterns and OOP concepts
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
 * Banking/Financial domain experience ( highly preferred for PNC )

 * Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, encryption)
 * Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
 * Experience with batch processing tools (Spring Batch)

## Description

* Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot / Microservices architecture
 * Work on RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external banking systems
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps
 * Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies
 * Ensure application performance, security, and compliance (important for banking)
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes
 * Work with CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation
