 * Databricks, (Aligned with your internal draft for fit and expectations)
 * Strong communicator - able to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
 * Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
 * High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Flexible and adaptable with a strong work ethic, * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
 * 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting
 * Proven experience building dashboards and working with large datasets

## Description

* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
 * Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and enterprise data sources
 * Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for leadership and stakeholders
 * Partner with finance, operations, and clinical teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
 * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools
 * Support ad hoc analysis, executive presentations, and KPI tracking
 * Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting automation, and data accessibility
 * Support any and other responsibilities as needed
