Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

 - Detail orientated, especially in retaining records and follow-through.
 - Experience in software troubleshooting
 - Literacy in reading and writing English.
 - Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
 - Critical thinking.
 - Understanding of computer networking.
 - Familiarity with any of these a plus: SQL, PostgreSQL, NOSQL, Javascript, C#, Blazor, Raxor, Dotnet, Framework, REST API's, Node-Red, JSON, Docker, Portainer, Server Management.

## Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to all employees in the office and also in our shop environment setting., Responds to IT related trouble tickets in a timely manner regarding hardware and software issues.

 - Monitors event logs for errors and responds accordingly.
 - Creates and maintains technical documentation.

-Communicates and reports on technical issues to management.

 - Communicates with outside support personnel when necessary, including problem solving and resolution.
 - Troubleshoots and repairs various types of office equipment.

 - Run wire and or connect devices in office and production plant, therefor lifting, bending, crouching, standing and sitting are needed at various times.
 - Contributes as a member of the internal company software development team.

-Assists others with software application issues.

-Available after hours and weekends as needed.
