 * 2 or more years of Agile delivery experience
 * 1 or more years of Cloud experience
 * Preferred Qualifications
 * Healthcare Industry experience strongly preferred
 * Understanding of Spring Framework, JMS, multi-threading, and XML (XML Beans, JAXP or JAXB) is a plus
 * Working experience with one or more of the following Maven, Openshift, Jenkins, Github, and MySQL is a plus
 * Knowledge of AngularJS or Angular is a plus

## Description

* Serve as a primary IT resource for medium-size projects to large-size projects
 * Oversees the technologies, tools, and techniques used by the team
 * Ensure that development standard, security policies and procedures are adhered to
 * Work with the scrum team to get projects developed and implemented
 * Provide support and leadership during development sprints across multiple scrum teams
 * Provide accurate and timely estimates for tasks
 * Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
 * Solve complex problems and/or conduct complex analyses
 * Discover root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
 * Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
