## About the Role

Must-have

 * Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Interdisciplinary Design, Interaction Design or any related field, with relevant experiences and portfolios
 * 3-5 years of experience working in digital on creative teams
 * Expert knowledge of and experience with design tools including InVision, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
 * Expert understanding of core design principles rated to typography, grid systems, visual hierarchy, color systems, white space, etc.
 * Understanding of CSS, HTML, web standards, native app development standards, and working with development teams in order to translate creative concepts into actual user-friendly products and services
 * Understanding and experience working in Lean UX and Agile environments
 * Fluent in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
 * An exceptional eye for detail and passion for quality

Skills: Nice-to-have

 * Master's degree in Design, Computer Science (Human-Computer Interaction), Marketing, Business or any field that demonstrates breadth and depth across design and business strategy
 * Experience and success working in corporate environments
 * Experience with financial services

## Description

* Shape the look and feel of our clients' digital experiences, ensuring consistency and simplicity
 * Participate in design research, usability testing, and information mapping activities
 * Research, evaluate, and recommend best practices and new tools for executing high-quality design assets
 * Be well versed and provide guidance on user interface design trends
 * Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine project design specifications
 * Work with product owners and team members to define the features needed to create a great user experience
 * Create detailed wireframes, high-res comps, prototypes, and other design documents and assets to define and bring to life complete digital experiences
 * Design for multiple platforms and channels (e.g. web, mobile web, native mobile), ensuring compliance with the technical architecture and design standards
 * Participate in testing to verify that business objectives and user requirements have been met, and the design is optimal
 * Articulate the vision behind user experience design solutions to team members, peers, and executive-level stakeholders
 * Act as a UI evangelist across the team and organization
