* 10+ years .NET Software Development - must have development experience in the previous career
 * 10+ Microsoft SQL Server and SQL tools; writing/debugging SQL scripts
 * 8 years leadership in an IT/ Software Company managing multiple teams
 * Great communication skills
 * Experience implementing or coaching agile teams to be more effective
 * A strong background and experience developing Windows applications using C# and/or VB.NET
 * Working knowledge of one or more of the following languages/frameworks a plus: c++, PHP, Qt, * Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
 * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
 * Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with diverse personalities. Tactful, mature.
 * Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
 * Open to direction and collaborative work style with a commitment to get the job done
 * Ability to look at situations from several points of view
 * Certifications in Continuous Integration / Delivery, Jira, Git a plus.

## Description

* Work with the Business and C- Level Managers to help set strategic goals.
 * Speak to best practices and oversee architecture and design.
 * Be an effective change agent leader
 * Manage 2 Agile development teams (24 team members) software department
 * Teams Include: Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Testers
 * Coach and provide feedback to leadership regularly reported KPIs and progress reports
 * Manage on-site teams and provide status reports to stakeholders during the duration of the project
 * Partner with clients while architecting and designing solutions.
 * Strategize with internal teams to successfully deliver custom solutions.
 * Promote products at pre-sale events and meetings with potential customers.
 * Manage development departments budget
 * Coordinate, adjust project deliveries with other departments to achieve annual revenue goals
 * Lead project designs, demos, testing, and go-live events
 * Develop Prototype applications for POC design for the team to implement
