## Description

SHAZAM is looking for a Computer Operator (Item Processing) to join our team. In this position, you'll work closely with team members in your department performing the day to day customer service and processing activities for the data center. This is a second shift position, Mon - Fri, 12:00pm - 9:00pm CST.
What you'll do:

 * Accurately perform data entry and maintain precise records to ensure high-quality documentation and workflow.
 * Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors via telephone and written correspondence.
 * Adapt to a fast-paced, high-productivity environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
 * Think independently and solve problems, providing sounds decisions and guidance for self and team., Actual compensation is based on various factors, such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level, and is finalized at the time of offer.
