Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's in Information Systems, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field

 * PMP certification
 * 10+ years of program/project management experience in IT, financial systems, or modernization initiatives
 * 10+ years of full-lifecycle experience, including data migration and cutover execution
 * SAP experience-especially with financial modules, data structures, or migration-preferred
 * Proven ability to lead high-visibility, mission-critical programs
 * Federal government program management experience preferred
 * Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-support skills
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance

## Description

Empirical is seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead a major financial systems modernization and cutover effort. This role is ideal for a senior program manager who thrives in complex environments, drives enterprise-wide transformation, and owns full-lifecycle migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.

What You'll Do:

 * Drive a large-scale financial system cutover from legacy platforms to a modernized solution.
 * Oversee development, review, and submission of lifecycle documentation, project plans, requirements, test materials, and process artifacts.
 * Facilitate collaboration across program leadership, SMEs, technical teams, and partner organizations to ensure alignment and timely execution.
 * Support test planning, readiness, execution, defect management, and evaluation reporting throughout modernization phases.
 * Lead Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, communications, and stakeholder engagement to support transition readiness.
 * Manage dashboards, Integrated Master Schedule, SOPs, knowledge repositories, and program records to ensure transparency and control.
 * Provide analytical assessments, recommendations, and decision support to program leadership.
 * Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization, including lessons learned and continuous improvement.
