## Description

Surf Bar is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our vibrant team in Oklahoma City. This full-time, remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support our technology needs in the food and beverages industry. As an entry-level technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our staff and systems are running seamlessly., * Provide front-line support for IT-related issues and inquiries

 * Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for staff
 * Maintain and update computer systems and local networks
 * Assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software
 * Monitor system performance and report issues to management
 * Document all support activities in ticketing system
 * Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives
 * Provide exceptional customer service to all team members
