Nice-to-Have Skills: · Strong communication, technical, and interpersonal skills for customer-facing support. · Troubleshooting L1/L2 IT issues (hardware, software, networking basics) · ServiceNow ticket management and documentation · Slack-based support and real-time issue triage · Experience with fiber path planning, cabling, and rack-mounted hardware installation. · Proficiency with Cisco CLI commands. ## Description We are seeking a Junior Network Engineer to provide hands-on technical support with a strong focus on network-related troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment.
