## Description

We are seeking an IT Field Service Technician to join our team! The IT Field Service Technician provides onsite and remote technical support to our clients. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work both independently in the field and collaboratively with our internal team., * Provide onsite technical support, hardware repair, and equipment installation for clients

 * Deliver professional and efficient customer service while troubleshooting technical issues and applications
 * Diagnose and resolve help desk tickets and IT performance issues
 * Recommend upgrades, patches, new applications, and equipment improvements
 * Document service activities and maintain accurate records
 * Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
 * Independently manage field assignments and scheduling
