## About the Role

* Experience owning and improving end-to-end Source-to-Pay, Procurement, or ERP-enabled business processes.
 * Strong understanding of process governance, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
 * Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership in a global environment.
 * Experience supporting ERP platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar enterprise systems. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

Process Leadership & Governance

 * Own and govern end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes globally.
 * Drive process standardization, compliance, and operational consistency across regions.
 * Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
 * Manage process exceptions and support governance decision-making.

Continuous Improvement

 * Lead initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, compliance, and user experience.
 * Maintain global process documentation and standards.
 * Evaluate process changes and assess business impacts.
 * Promote adoption of ERP best practices and standard functionality.

Stakeholder Engagement

 * Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and regional stakeholders.
 * Influence adoption of standardized processes and operating models.
 * Serve as a trusted advisor on process strategy and performance.
 * Support change management and organizational readiness efforts.
