## About the Role

* Extensive experience in Design, Development, Unit Tests, and Maintenance of reporting objects
 * Extensive experience with SQL, SQL Script stored procedures and user designed functions.
 * Extensive experience with relational and dimensional modeling / Slowly Changing Dimensions.
 * Must have experience with relational and dimensional models.
 * Minimum 3 years of Business Intelligence experience.
 * Experience implementing marketing reporting solutions in a large company preferred.
 * Solid analytical and interpersonal skills.
 * Effective listener who can gather requirements from non-technical staff and translate those business needs into comprehensive solutions.

## Description

* Partner with WE agency teams to develop tools that will help their daily tracking of PR activity.
 * Partner with other analysts and turn insights and strategic objectives into trackable and actionable goals
 * Design standard reports and drive ad-hoc BI that enable teams to effectively inspect the drivers of client performance on a real-time, monthly & quarterly basis.
 * Proactively explore complex data environment, mining to find insights you can bring to agency client teams
 * Collaborate with WE's Data team to streamline inefficiencies in the data preparation process.
 * Consolidate and coordinate requirements to develop reporting or analytical capabilities to address the client's need.
 * Create written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations.
 * Design appropriate business focused training material.
 * Provide support across agency related to BI Training self-service BI training/support.
 * Develop reports based on technical and functional requirements.
 * Provide estimates for end-to-end reporting solution.
 * Assist others in utilizing the tools to the best of their abilities.
