## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

 * Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems including but not limited to : back office, PC, printers, tablets, networking, hardware inventory, hardware installation, time clocks, etc.
 * Familiarity with Square, Mashgin, Micros, or any other point- of-sale system
 * Display effective problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events. Ability to work ALL Texas A&M Football games is required
 * Ability to work in an outdoor environment for an extended period
 * Ability to lift to 50 pounds

## Description

* Support the setup, configuration, and testing of POS hardware and software at concession locations.
 * Serve as the initial point of contact for technical support to concession staff during events.
 * Organize and maintain the conditions of the pos and cabling within concession stands.
 * Actively monitor POS operations and address hardware or software issues promptly.
 * Conduct routine maintenance, software updates, and troubleshoot connections for POS terminals, printers, and network systems.
 * Assist with tracking, organizing, and documenting all POS equipment inventory.
 * Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and help resolve advanced technical problems.
 * Aid in training staff on basic POS usage and troubleshooting techniques.
