Do you have experience in macOS?, * Experience in IT support, preferably in medical field or a regulated environment.

 * Strong understanding of network administration and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
 * Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
 * Familiarity with project tracking tools and collaborative platforms is a plus.

## Description

* Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person to resolve user and system issues.
 * Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical problems to network engineers or developers when necessary.
 * Monitor and maintain network configurations, user access, and data security protocols.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems are configured according to evolving business and compliance requirements.
 * Recommend and assist with system upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
 * Support project management efforts by coordinating timelines, documenting progress, and ensuring IT-related tasks align with organizational goals.
 * Stay up to date with emerging technologies, cybersecurity best practices, and medical IT standards.
