## About the Role

* Strong experience drafting, negotiating, and administering EPC contracts.
 * 10+ years of progressive contract management or contract analysis experience.
 * Proficiency with contract management systems, MS Office, and financial analysis tools.
 * 3-5+ years supporting large EPC, industrial construction, or major infrastructure projects.
 * Experience supporting high-value or large-scale capital projects with executive-level visibility.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage change orders, claims, commercial risk, and contract performance.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical, commercial, and leadership teams.

Preferred Skills:

 * Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPCM, NCMA)
 * Experience in power generation, utilities, oil & gas, or energy infrastructure projects.
 * Educational backgrounds in Business, Law, Finance, Engineering, Paralegal Studies, Communications, or related fields.

## Description

* Support financial and commercial analysis, including cash-flow impacts, billing, and compliance requirements.
 * Prepare executive-level summaries, reports, and presentations on contract status, risks, costs, and key milestones.
 * Oversee contract performance, track deliverables, manage change orders and claims, and support dispute resolution.
 * Provide subject-matter expertise on EPC contracting, design-build agreements, and large capital project procurement strategies.
 * Lead the drafting, negotiation, redlining, and execution of complex EPC and construction contracts, amendments, and commercial agreements.
 * Conduct commercial risk analysis, including indemnity reviews, liability assessments, insurance requirements, and change-order evaluations.
 * Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award development through execution, administration, performance monitoring, and closeout.
 * Collaborate with project management, procurement, engineering, legal, and finance teams throughout the solicitation and post-award phases.
