This role is contingent upon candidates having an Active DoD Secret Clearance, and the ability to achieve SAP Clearance., + Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline with 8 years of industry experience, or master's degree and 6 years industry experience (with a BS in STEM). An additional 4 years of experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree. + Must have a current/active Secret clearance to start. Must be able to maintain this level of clearance and obtain and maintain an SAP clearance for continued employment. + General Knowledge of Test Equipment design and manufacturing + 1-year minimum as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead or equivalent where responsibilities included: project planning, cost & schedule management including tracking, team tasking / leadership, and status reporting.
