You're looking for a role where you can make a real impact and grow with the company., * 5+ years in IT project or program management. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution skills. * Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical work into business-friendly updates. * Financial services or lending industry experience preferred. * Mortgage insurance industry experience a plus. * Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams). * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM a plus. * Experience in or trajectory toward operational/IT leadership. * PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.) a plus. You'll lead weekly team syncs, run status reviews with the CIO, and drive continuous milestone tracking against quarterly goals. As the company grows, this role is designed to evolve into broader operational leadership within IT.
