 * Programming experience in Python, Go, or TypeScript
 * LLMs, agentic systems, or applied AI architectures
 * Backend engineering expertise across APIs, distributed systems, and data pipelines
 * Cloud environments (AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform) and Kubernetes
 * Strong understanding of schema design, validation, and state management
 * AI-assisted development workflows
 * Building and shipping systems used by real users

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Building AI systems in regulated environments
 * RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI evaluation tooling
 * Kafka or event-driven architectures
 * Experience contributing to shared AI platforms or infrastructure
 * Open-source contributions in AI or developer tooling
 * Startup or early-stage engineering experience
