Do you have experience in Tooling?, * 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep backend expertise

 * Your default process integrates AI tools into your daily engineering workflows to continuously improve velocity and quality
 * A track record of building and operating real production systems
 * Excellent instincts around APIs, data modeling, databases, queues, reliability, performance, and operational simplicity
 * Frontend ability to build and polish product experiences when needed
 * Experience working in an early-stage environment where requirements are incomplete, priorities shift, and ownership is broad
 * Strong product judgment: shipping code solving the problem
 * A pragmatic approach to architecture: you know when to design carefully, when to ship the simple version, and when to delete complexity
 * You can lead projects, take feedback, engage in thoughtful discussion, and get the work done.
 * Experience building AI-enabled products, internal platforms, workflow systems, or developer tools
 * Experience with some of: TypeScript, React, Python, Julia, Java, Go, or similar technologies
 * Experience with Postgres, AWS, data pipelines, document processing, integrations, or compliance-sensitive systems
