## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead supporting software engineering teams.
 * Strong experience working in complex technical environments, including modernization, enterprise integration, or distributed systems.
 * Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
 * Experience coordinating across architecture, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams.
 * Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
 * Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders at varying levels of Agile maturity.
 * Hands-on experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms., * Experience supporting large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
 * Exposure to enterprise integration, legacy system modernization, or distributed application environments.
 * Strong understanding of Agile metrics and continuous improvement practices.

## Description

* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Partner closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives.
 * Remove obstacles and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
 * Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
 * Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, estimation techniques, and delivery best practices.
 * Coordinate across engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, business, and support teams.
 * Protect the team from scope creep and external disruptions while maintaining focus on sprint goals.
 * Monitor and analyze Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and predictability.
 * Support release planning, risk management, and communication across multiple workstreams.
 * Promote engineering excellence through adherence to Definition of Done, technical debt visibility, and quality-focused delivery practices.
