Experience with SIEM and cloud technologies including LogRhythm, Splunk, Jira, and Confluence 11. DoD 8570 IAT II Certification 12. Ability to provide guidance on DoD Cyber regulations and requirements to engineering and software development staff 13. Intuitive and proactive self-starter that's accountable and mission focused. #LMSpaceCyberEng #SpaceNSS ## Description This new and emerging need is for a Security Operations Information System Security Manager (ISSM) on the SDA Transport Layer T1contract. The ideal candidate will work directly with the customer to establish security operations within the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). The ISSM role is a one deep position that will independently need to collaborate and use their experience to evaluate and implement RMF cyber security controls on both Ground and Space assets. This role will lead the execution of Continuous Monitoring Plan maintaining and updating software and hardware assets, perform system and network scanning, evaluations, and remediations, as well as champion system ATO, connections, and renewals. From a technical perspective, the ideal candidate will have vast experience in vulnerability scanning, EVSS deployment and administration, auditing, and training team members on cyber security implementation. As the Cyber Technical Lead, you will coordinate with multiple teams across the program in an Agile team environment. You will interface with our Operations, Development, Deployment, and Systems Engineering teams, and will help to derive innovative solutions to complex technical problems to provide our customers with a secure system and new capabilities. In addition, you will interface and collaborate cross-functionally with government personnel, customer partners, subcontractors, local engineers, and geographically dispersed teammates. This is an on-site role at the Waterton Campus and supports 24/7 operations., Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
