## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Migration Analyst with a strong background in implementing SaaS solutions and managing data transitions between complex systems. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful migration experience for customers moving from legacy platforms into our solution., * 2+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or implementation at a SaaS or technology company

 * Strong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, or other ETL platforms
 * Experience mapping and transforming data between complex systems
 * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
 * Familiarity with APIs, JSON, CSV, and relational databases a plus
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

 * Prior experience migrating customers from legacy or on-premise systems into SaaS environments.
 * Exposure to data migration in healthcare.

## Description

* Map, extract, cleanse, and transform data (patients, inventory, claims, orders, payers, etc.
 * Lead and manage full-cycle data migrations from legacy DME or HME systems into NikoHealth's platform
 * Collaborate with implementation consultants and product teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
 * Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies during migration
 * Provide customer support and guidance during the transition process
 * Assist with process documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases
