Do you have experience in Network infrastructure management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field and 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate IT system management and support

## Description

Veranex has an exciting opportunity to join our Information Technology team as an IT Operations Specialist 1 to contribute to the management of day-to-day operations of Veranex systems and software.

What You Will Do:

 * Monitor the performance and status of systems, local networks, and applications.
 * Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups. Reports any issues or anomalies to senior IT staff for resolution.
 * Provide first-level technical support to employees, helping resolve basic hardware and software issues.
 * Log and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
 * Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff or specialized teams.
 * Assist in managing network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
 * Support the implementation of security measures to protect IT systems and data.
 * Help maintain network documentation and diagrams.
 * Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues.
 * Assist in creating and maintaining IT documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
 * Generate basic reports on system performance and incidents.
