This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical delivery with strategic oversight., As Lead, you will act as a "player-coach": shipping critical code yourself while mentoring engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring the platform scales with rapid international growth. You will work closely with the founders, translating business goals into a clear technical roadmap and high-quality execution.
