A. or B. S.) from a four-year college or university in Computer Technology or Information Systems and three to four years of related experience and/or training. Necessary knowledge can also be acquired through (3) to (5) years of progressively responsible work experience in the software area, with demonstrated success in systems analysis, design, and implementation. ## Description The DT analyst team works together closely to serve in a collaborative capacity to ensure the successful implementation of district system enhancements and business process change. Analysts are knowledgeable of the team's work and responsibilities to serve as a backup. They analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to develop, test, install, and modify system information. They will also optimize central office operational processes to meet the needs of an established set of requirements., Joining a team of analysts who are passionate about systems, software, and different programming languages. Will work with the Lead Analyst to maintain, implement, and improve current and new systems technology processes, and functions for the District. Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Studies existing information processing systems to evaluate their effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or workflow as required. Prepare technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development. Utilize robust soft skills to resolve work problems related to workflow, project specifications, or programming for district teams and members. Configures database parameters and prototype designs against logical data models.
