Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. * The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis. ## Description We are looking for a proactive Software Support Engineer to join our T3 Deployment team within our Technology, Software & Robotics Engineering organization. Your job will be to help deploy, troubleshoot, and stabilize the software that runs our automation systems in production - partnering with Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Operations to deliver high-quality, reliable releases. What we do The T3 Deployment team is part of Symbotic's Technology, Software & Robotics Engineering organization, which designs, builds, and supports the AI-powered software that orchestrates our fleet of fully autonomous robots. The Deployment team is responsible for releasing, integrating, and stabilizing that software inside live customer distribution centers - bridging Engineering and Operations to take every release from build to a reliable, high-performing go-live.
