## About the Role

Do you have experience in Oracle?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.

 * Proven experience as an Oracle HCM SME
 * Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules
 * Experience in developing and customizing HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
 * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

## Description

* Support an HR Transformation project for Oracle HCM modules - Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Learn, or Time & Absences.
 * Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
 * Develop and customize HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
 * Configure and maintain HCM system setups, including organization structures, positions, and security profiles.
 * Perform system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of HCM applications.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and application specifications.
 * Stay up to date with the latest Oracle HCM technologies and industry trends.
 * Convert business requirements into functional specs
 * Conduct and design workshops and Conference Room Pilot
 * Lead workstream delivery from end to end
 * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
