This role requires strong multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting technicians, and sales staff with a broad range of administrative and operational duties. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external visitors. Required/Preferred Skill Set · High School Diploma or equivalent · 2 years' experience shipping/handling · 2 years' experience warehouse · Microsoft - Word · Microsoft - Excel · Microsoft - Outlook, Position is ACTIVE with lifting, pushing/pulling, or carrying 0 - 25% of the time of 0 - 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Position requires the use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
