* Design, develop, test, and optimize NICE CXone Studio scripts
 * Ensure seamless call routing and improved customer interactions across the organization
 * Lead troubleshooting and refinement of call routing logic as part of an active migration
 * Support migration efforts to bring two existing NICE CXone environments into one unified instance
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable contact center solutions
