 * Utilize Dynatrace and Splunk to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems.
 * Drive enterprise-level automation strategies to streamline performance testing, monitoring, and deployment processes.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance validation into automated build and release cycles.
 * Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
 * Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights to improve application scalability and efficiency.Mentor junior engineers and lead performance engineering initiatives across teams.
