Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community and successful clearance of background check. 11.Follow youth boundaries, policies, and abuse risk management training. 12.Report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and adhere to mandated abuse reporting and responsibilities. ## Description This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Design and Digital Associate creates communications for our members, program participants and future members that reinforce YMCA brand standards while conveying the impact of our programs to the community.
