## About the Role

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

 * 5-8+ years of progressive experience in application support, as a Senior Applications Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Administrator supporting complex, enterprise-scale applications.
 * Experience with Yardi Voyager and/or within the storage industry is considered a strong asset.
 * Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience leading or supporting application upgrades, system integrations, and complex configuration or enhancement initiatives.
 * Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on system optimization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
 * Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

## Description

* Act as the senior technical escalation point and subject matter expert for Yardi and other assigned enterprise applications.
 * Own the full application lifecycle, including configuration, optimization, enhancements, and day-to-day support.
 * Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex application issues, ensuring minimal business impact and strong root-cause analysis.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
 * Design, configure, and optimize system workflows and functionality to improve performance, usability, and business outcomes.
 * Serve as platform owner and administrator, establishing standards, documentation, and best practices.
 * Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
 * Lead or support application upgrades, patches, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
 * Ensure application reliability and performance through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
 * Contribute to application and technology roadmaps by evaluating new features, capabilities, and industry trends.
