 * Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, * MBSE experience
 * ServiceNow experience
 * Grafana and Splunk experience
 * API design and integration experience
 * REST and GraphQL experience
 * API Gateway experience
 * ETL, streaming, and message queue experience
 * Azure, Google, Oracle, or IBM cloud experience
