 * Equally important is the ability to engage credibly with investment professionals and operate fluently across both technology and finance.
 * The successful candidate should be comfortable discussing investment structures, portfolio analytics, and market dynamics while also remaining highly hands-on technically.

This role is best suited to individuals who enjoy operating in lean, high-performance environments with significant ownership, autonomy, and direct exposure to senior investment decision-makers.

## Description

This hire represents the first dedicated technology appointment within the business and will play a central role in building the infrastructure, tooling, and analytical systems that support investment decision-making across the platform., * The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building the firm's technology, data, and AI capability from the ground up, operating at the intersection of investing, quantitative analytics, and modern software engineering.

 * The role spans investment infrastructure, machine learning, automation, data engineering, and analytics.
 * The successful candidate will work closely with investors across both private and public markets to develop systems that enhance the speed, quality, and scalability of investment decision-making.
 * Key responsibilities will include building portfolio monitoring and reporting infrastructure, automating investment and operational workflows, developing AI-enabled research tooling, and constructing proprietary data and sentiment systems used to generate differentiated market insight.
 * The role also includes ownership of the firm's broader technology architecture, including cloud infrastructure, vendor management, cybersecurity resilience, and data governance.
