Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred) * Familiarity with enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies, Red Hat JBoss EAP, or Red Hat Fuse architectures. * Experience converting manual test frameworks into automated regression testing scripts. ## Description * Integration Delivery: Lead a high-performing technical team through the complete analysis, design, development, and testing of complex batch and real-time interface programs. * Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary engineering liaison with systems integrators and legacy asset owners, translating functional requirements into approved Interface Control Documents (ICDs). * Agile Governance: Champion Lean-Agile delivery within a structured Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), converting user stories into scalable, production-ready integration builds., * We are passionate about lifelong learning, fostering a culture that prioritizes professional development and personal growth.
