## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred or required.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards.

Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.

Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Administrator Certification.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.

Familiarity with integration tools and APIs.

Experience supporting CRM implementations and enhancements.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

## Description

Business Process Optimization:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Salesforce automation tools.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across sales, service, and marketing functions.

Data Management:

Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across the Salesforce environment.

Manage data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and migration activities.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for business users.
