 * Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders

## Description

Responsible for maintaining and supporting information technology networks and infrastructure. This role ensures the smooth operation of systems, provides technical support to end users, and assists with onboarding/offboarding processes., * Serve as an internal point of contact for network-related issues, including support for remote locations

 * Provide helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a timely manner
 * Configure, deploy, and maintain PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices
 * Support and maintain phone systems
 * Coordinate with external vendors for escalations and specialized support
 * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including system setup and access removal
