The role requires analytical thinking, technical problem-solving, and the ability to contribute to software design, development, integration, and system improvement initiatives within a fast-paced NFL football operations environment., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required. * 0-2 years of software development experience, including internships, academic projects, or professional experience required. * Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as React and Material UI. * Knowledge of Python/Flask, pandas, Ruby, or similar programming languages and web frameworks. * Familiarity working in Linux environments; Windows environment knowledge is a plus. * Knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL and SQL Server. * Familiarity with source control and collaboration tools such as Git and GitLab. * Familiarity with software testing methodologies, debugging, and troubleshooting concepts. * Exposure to data pipelines, reporting tools, ETL processes, or system integrations is a plus. * Exposure to AI-powered tools, automation workflows, or machine learning applications is a plus. * Understanding of software development best practices, application architecture, and design principles. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical learning skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. * Interest in football operations, sports technology, analytics, or professional sports environments preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ## Description SUMMARY: The Software Engineer will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of internal software applications supporting Football Operations, including scouting, coaching, and football administration functions.
