The ideal candidate will have genuine real-world Microsoft 365 experience and be comfortable working in fast-paced support environments., Applicants must have previous commercial IT support experience with Microsoft 365 environments. All successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check. ## Description This role is primarily remote working from home, with attendance required at our Leeds office approximately 2 to 3 days per month, alongside occasional onsite visits to client locations when required. About the Role You will be responsible for managing, supporting, and improving Microsoft 365 and cloud environments for a wide range of business clients. You will work on both support and project delivery, helping clients improve security, collaboration, endpoint management, and overall IT infrastructure. This is an advanced helpdesk role.
