You will have: * Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Confidence working with users at all levels across an organisation * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently * A proactive approach to identifying improvements and driving efficiencies * Good organisational skills and attention to detail * A collaborative mindset with a strong customer-focused approach, * Microsoft Dynamics 365: 2 years (preferred) * Staff training: 2 years (preferred) ## Description Cleaner Safer Group is looking for an Information Systems Officer to support and enhance the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated business systems across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving system adoption, improving processes, and helping teams use data and technology more effectively. If you enjoy problem-solving, supporting users, and finding smarter ways of working - we'd love to hear from you. About the role In this role, you'll provide day-to-day support and guidance to users across the organisation while helping to develop and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems. You'll act as a key systems champion, supporting continuous improvement and helping teams maximise the value of business technology and data.
