## Description

* M365 Administration: Manage and optimize SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams Admin Centers.
 * Tier 3 Escalation: Resolve complex incidents, perform RCA, and liaise with Microsoft Support.
 * Security & Compliance: Implement Conditional Access, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery policies.
 * Automation: Develop PowerShell/Graph scripts, streamline operations, deploy new features.
 * Collaboration: Mentor junior staff, maintain documentation, and provide architectural input.
