## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven experience as an IT Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.

 * Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, networking, and mobile operating systems.
 * Experience supporting iPhone and Android devices.
 * Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow ticketing platforms.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 * Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support users patiently and professionally.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related computing field required.
 * Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience supporting enterprise office environments.
 * Knowledge of AV systems and conference room technologies.

## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tech Support Specialist to join our onsite team in Raleigh, NC. This position will provide hands-on technical support during a maternity leave coverage assignment. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employees' IT needs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service., * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

 * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
 * Diagnose and resolve issues related to iPhone and Android devices.
 * Support office printers, AV equipment, and conference room technologies.
 * Manage and respond to help desk requests through Jira and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
 * Perform break-fix support for laptops, docking stations, and peripherals.
 * Maintain and manage office hardware inventory.
 * Deliver timely and effective technical assistance to end users.
 * Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with employees and management.
