This role builds upon the foundation of the IT Systems Technician I position and requires a deeper understanding of systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. The IT Systems Technician II is expected to independently resolve the majority of support requests, assist with infrastructure projects, mentor junior technicians, and serve as an escalation point for more complex technical issues. This position provides exposure to a broad range of technologies across multiple client environments while supporting SyberStone's commitment to delivering exceptional managed IT services.
