## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, * IT support experience (previous IT experience strongly preferred).

 * Understanding of Windows Domains, Microsoft 365, networking, and common SMB tech stacks.
 * Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service presence.
 * Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and workload.
 * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
 * Willingness to visit client sites occasionally for hands-on work.

## Description

We're looking for a well-rounded IT professional who can deliver exceptional onsite and remote support for our clients. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, project work, and helping clients adopt new technologies.

This is a work-from-home position that will also require onsite client work with opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on performance and client success. You'll be a foundational team member with room to grow as we scale our managed services operations.

What You'll Do

 * Provide remote and onsite IT support for small and mid-sized business clients.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
 * Manage Office 365 and Google Workspace tenants
 * Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices, NAS', servers, and cloud systems.
 * Proactively manage client systems, perform maintenance, and ensure uptime.
 * Assist in onboarding new managed services clients and implementing best practices.
 * Recommend and sell upgrades such as licensing, hardware, and security solutions.
